Swing of Things

Since coming back to reality after a 2 week traveling campaign including work and pleasure, it has been tough to get back in the swing of things.

From jumping back into CrossFit, to drinking over a gallon of water a day, to getting all of my work tasks done and to cooking all my meals.  It seems completely overwhelming and hard to get back to the habits that I have created after not having them for 2 weeks.  It was only 2 weeks.  But yet, it seems it has broken all of my habits anyway.  

I now am re-teaching myself to do the things that I have already taught myself.  Working to jump back into the habits that I have worked so hard to form.  This post is really just me holding myself accountable to getting back into the swing of things.  As well as remind you, when it seems hard when habits get broken for whatever reason, you can form them again.
